Mrs. Manulata Sahu

Mrs. Manulata Sahu is a postgraduate in Social Work (MSW) with over 20 years of extensive experience in the development sector. She has demonstrated outstanding leadership in NGO management, program implementation, and community development, with a special focus on women and child welfare, poverty alleviation, gender equality, education, and health.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Sahu has developed and implemented innovative strategies to address complex social challenges and promote inclusive growth at the grassroots level. She has successfully worked with a range of international and national NGOs (INGOs/NGOs) in close collaboration with government departments, ensuring effective coordination, sustainability, and community ownership of programs.
Her deep understanding of social issues, participatory approach, and commitment to empowering vulnerable groups have earned her wide respect within the development community. Mrs. Sahu continues to inspire through her dedication, strategic vision, and unwavering service to marginalized populations.
Mr. Ajit Kumar Sahu

Mr. Ajit Kumar Sahu is a dedicated social worker and social entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in grassroots community development. He has been actively involved in organizing Dalit, Tribal and other backward communities, mobilizing women to form Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and fostering leadership development at the community level. His work focuses on empowering marginalized groups through participatory approaches and sustainable livelihood initiatives. Mr. Sahu’s strong commitment to social justice and inclusive growth has made a lasting impact in several rural areas of Odisha. He holds a graduate degree and continues to inspire communities toward self-reliance and dignity.
Mr. Kularanjan Dhangada Majhi

Mr. Kularanjan Dhangada Majhi is a dedicated professional social worker with over 20 years of extensive experience in the development sector. His expertise spans across livelihood promotion, governance, health, project management, and organizational development. He possesses strong skills in project proposal writing, planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME), documentation, research, and facilitation.
Mr. Majhi has successfully collaborated with various state, national, and international organizations, contributing to program design, implementation, and impact assessment. He is well-recognized for his ability to facilitate capacity-building trainings on organizational development, institutional strengthening, and participatory governance. His effective liaisoning with government departments, donors, and partner agencies has consistently supported project sustainability and policy advocacy initiatives.
Academically, Mr. Majhi holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), an MBA, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW). His professional commitment, leadership, and grassroots engagement continue to inspire positive change in rural and marginalized communities.
Mrs. Rajshree Kshyamamayee Jena

Ms. Rajshree Kshyamamayee Jena is a professional social worker dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of deprived and marginalized communities in Odisha. With over 15 years of experience in the development sector, she has been actively engaged in implementing and managing community-based programs focused on social empowerment, livelihood promotion, and inclusive development.
Ms. Jena has worked extensively with various non-governmental organizations (NGOs), corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) in close collaboration with government departments. Her professional journey reflects her strong commitment to participatory approaches, community leadership, and sustainable development practices.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and continues to contribute her expertise in project planning, implementation, and capacity building. Ms. Jena’s dedication, leadership, and compassionate approach make her a valuable asset in promoting equitable growth and community resilience across Odisha.
Mrs. Sabitri Gamango

Mrs. Sabitri Gamango, aged 48 years, is an experienced community leader with a strong background in social development and community mobilization. She has completed her Matriculation and has been actively engaged in promoting the welfare of women and marginalized groups at the grassroots level.
Mrs. Gamango is recognized as one of the efficient and committed women leaders in her community, working passionately towards women’s empowerment, gender inclusion, and social justice. Over the years, she has played a key role in motivating women to participate in decision-making processes and community-led initiatives.
In addition to her leadership roles, Mrs. Gamango is also a skilled woman farmer, proficient in sustainable agricultural practices and livelihood development. Her dedication, hands-on experience, and leadership have made her a respected figure in advancing inclusive and sustainable rural development.

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
There is a management committee consisting of representative from the Governing body and senior staff to manage the day to day affair of the organisation. It comprises of two Governing Body (GB) members and five senior staffs nominated by the President/Secretary.
