The Annual Report of Rural Educational Activities for Development (READ) serves as a comprehensive reflection of our work, achievements, and impact over the past years. It presents a detailed account of our efforts to promote social justice, equity, and empowerment among the Tribal, Dalit, and other marginalized communities in Odisha.
Each year, the report highlights READ’s major programs and initiatives across areas such as sustainable livelihoods, education, women’s empowerment, Gender inclusion, natural resource management, health, and good governance. It showcases how our interventions have helped improve lives, strengthen community institutions, and promote self-reliance among rural populations.
The Annual Report also includes audited financial statements, ensuring transparency and accountability in the utilization of resources. It provides insights into our partnerships with donors, government agencies, and civil society organizations, whose collaboration has been vital in achieving our mission.
Beyond showcasing progress, the report reflects on the lessons learned, challenges faced, and future directions that guide our work. By sharing these updates, READ aims to keep its stakeholders, partners, and supporters informed and engaged in its collective journey toward inclusive and sustainable community development.
Through the Annual Report, we reaffirm our commitment to transparency, integrity, and lasting social change.
